It covers 24/7 reservations, marketing and photography, distribution on 100+ booking channels (including Marriott Homes & Villas, Hyatt Homes & Hideaways and Amex Travel), revenue management, an owner portal, housekeeping and maintenance coordination, guest vetting, unlimited owner stays and priority corporate bookings. The deck compares this with roughly 50% fees at global hotel brands and 20–35% at typical Airbnb operators. Program terms after year two are set out in the developer's program documents, which we send with the investor package.
