It is not, nor does it represent to be, the developer of the project or projects featured on this, or any of its other websites or landing pages. All material presented herein is intended for informational purposes only. Information is compiled from sources deemed reliable but is subject to errors, omissions, changes in price, condition, sale, or withdrawal without notice. Dora Kovacs is a buyer’s representative and may offer a variety of projects, not necessarily the one featured on this website. Any marketing material found herein has been provided by the developer and Dora Kovacs is not responsible for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations. Details shared on this website or in any communication with potential buyers are subject to change at any moment, including, but not limited to pricing and inventory. No statement is made as to the accuracy of any description. All measurements and square footage are approximate. This is not intended to solicit properties already listed. What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address and telephone number, and optionally your purchase intent, timeline, whether you are a buyer or a broker, brokerage name, and any message you write.
- Context about your visit. The page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, the website that referred you, campaign parameters (
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_content,utm_term,utm_id) and ad click identifiers (gclid,gbraid,wbraid, and when presentfbclidormsclkid) from the link you followed. If the link has nogclid, it may be read from the Google Ads_gcl_awcookie. The first value seen in a visit is kept. - Analytics. Aggregate usage data collected through Google Tag Manager (container
GTM-ML2QCL86). The Follow Up Boss Widget Tracker (WT-KROFXFSN) records page views so enquiry activity can be matched in the CRM.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to send you the pricing, availability, floor plans or brochure you requested, and to understand which marketing channels bring genuine enquiries.
Where it goes
Enquiry details are transmitted over an encrypted connection. They are sent to Follow Up Boss when a server-side API key is configured. Page activity is also recorded by the Follow Up Boss Widget Tracker installed on every page. They are not sold, rented or traded, and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing. If the CRM API key is unset, submissions are still accepted by the site and logged server-side.
Cookies and analytics
An HttpOnly cookie named lead_unlock is set for seven days after a successful enquiry so fact-sheet PDFs can be downloaded. Campaign parameters and your landing page are held in your browser’s session storage for the duration of your visit only. Google Tag Manager (GTM-ML2QCL86) and the Follow Up Boss Widget Tracker (WT-KROFXFSN) load on every page.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained in the CRM for as long as needed to serve you as a prospective purchaser, and thereafter as required for record-keeping. Fact-sheet download access via cookie expires seven days after it is issued.
Your choices
